Where EVERYBODY loses Weight !

Learn how to lose weight and keep it off for good in a fun environment with personalized one-on-one coaching and group support to cheer you on! The course advises proper nutrition, food choices and encourages exercise. Each person will receive a FREE body composition & metabolism analysis.

The Challenge is an 8-week program and each week we do a class on a different subject. We started these challenges in October 2008 at 1 venue and our goal is to have 40 different venues within 12 months and impact 2000 people. (More coaches needed, see below.) Many participants are coming back for a second, third or even fourth time and that's the way we have set it up as some people need to lose a lot of weight and they like the one-on-one support and the group dynamics that keep them on track.

We are on a mission to make people healthy and to take them to their ideal weight. To have them feel good with an abundance of energy and to "Cross the Bridge" they never knew they could in terms of their own health and wellbeing.
We will challenge the Status Quo.

Everyone welcome, men and women, young and old, needing to lose just a little or a lot.

We encourage exercise but we don't do exercise during the class, we are not a gym.
Class goes for approx 40-45 minutes.
Each week you will need to arrive about 15 minutes before class starts for the weekly weigh in except in the first and last week, where we will need you there about half an hour before as we will also take everyone's measurements.
 

Personal one-on-one coaching
During the challenge, you will have the group support as everyone that comes along is here for the same reason. Also you will receive weekly one-on-one coaching and at the beginning of the challenge, your coach will sit down with you for a Personal Appointment to find out as much as possible about you and to give you tips on how you can start losing weight straight away. Your coach will also do your Free Metabolism & Body Composition Analysis at this meeting. All this information will be kept strictly confidential.

Look at the results from a recent challenge:

Andy lost a total of 20.5 kgs and 12.06 % of his body weight.

Jodie lost a total of 10.7 kgs and 11.42 % of her body weight.

Joceline lost a total of 15.1 kgs and 10.9 % of her body weight.
Bernie lost a total of 9.4 kgs and 10.479% of his body weight.
The average centimetre loss was 25.5 cms per participants.
Special congratulations also to Jo for being the biggest cm-loser with 51.5 cm all up - well done!!!

to fulfill our vision of 40 challenges. Flexible casual hours, good pay. Earn from up to
$ 300 - 500 or more per month with a possibility of building up to $ 30,000 or more per year still part/time for the right people.
No experience necessary, all training provided.
No need to be at your goal weight yourself as the course will teach you to lose weight with lots of energy.
You need to have a great attitude, be teachable, wanting to make a contribution to others and willing to have some fun.
